2. Description of Services
Party Casa is an online platform that connects guests seeking party-ready venues with property owners. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication but do not own, manage, or control any listed properties.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and host approval.
- Payments are processed securely through Mollie.
- A service fee is charged on each booking to cover platform costs.
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary by property. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process. In general:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: the first night is non-refundable.
- No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Respect the property, its neighbors, and house rules set by the host.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the listing.
- Report any damage or issues to the host and our support team promptly.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
7. Host Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property descriptions and photos.
- Maintain the property in a clean and safe condition.
- Comply with local regulations, licenses, and tax obligations.
- Respond to booking requests and guest inquiries in a timely manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
Party Casa acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the condition of properties, the conduct of hosts or guests, or any disputes arising from bookings. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Party Casa, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Party Casa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
